As the lead copywriter for Macy’s Gift Registry, I’ve overseen multiple evolutions of the Wedding Registry, focusing on storytelling that highlights how products create meaningful moments and lasting memories. This included a massive relaunch in 2022, and the expansion of Baby Registry at the top of 2024 (see more in the Baby Registry section). Basically, I've done it all: the sitelets, marketing and trigger emails, SEO-driven content, in-store visuals, posters, and the official registry style guide itself.
